Horrible customer service and communication, didn't ask at all whether I was okay with what was going on my nails. My french tips ended up 3/4 of the way up my nails. I was so unhappy I went back and made them put colour over the top. The acrylics looked horrible, and she did no prep on my nails to even help them look decent.
Horrible experience, and I genuinely wish you could put 0/5 stars....
