  Bought my 2005 softail from HH Ringwood had a missing bolt I only noticed 2 months later, took one email and it was fixed in a day. After sales service more company's need this sort of service thanks guys. Love my softy

  Waited three weeks for my appointment ,was told it would take three days,called three days later was told sorry another two days called two days later was told another three days,at which point I lost patience told them I'd get someone else to do it ,had my bike for five days but couldn't replace bearings and brakes , pathetic and a discrace to the brand Harley Davidson , never will my bike or the bikes of the people I know ever enter their workshop,if you can't replace brakes and bearings within five days you need to find another career boys
