- Tony W Added July 31, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wanted an alarm upgraded and even got a price over the phone. When I rang back and left a message to book an appointment they didn't bother to ring back. Finally got hold of them nearly a week later. Asked why they didn't bother to ring me back, the answer was 'we don't do that kind of work' and HUNG UP. Rude, arrogant. Heaven help anyone who ever wants to deal with these guys!
