  The staff here are wonderful! Special mentions to Carolyn for her warm welcome to the centre, and Macey for taking the time to explain everything in a perfect level of detail with it being my first donation. Will definitely be back!

  The staff are a pleasure to deal with!
  Tips for first-timers:
  1. Allow plenty of time to get there: not much parking, chances are you'll have to park in the Ringwood Square parking.
  2. There's food and drink there but if you wanna save on plastic and coffee cups, bring a refillable bottle.
  3. Allow plenty of time to leave: I was overly careful feeling a bit 'spaced out' so I left a lot later than I had planned.

  Located next to the Eastland shopping centre, and Costco Ringwood. Excellent service and staff, had a bruise afterwards and was given a piece of paper about bruising.
  
  Easy and quiet inside, after filling in the electronic questionnaire they'll take you into a room to check your haemoglobin levels. There are usually cheese, crackers, nippy's, pies and sausage rolls available for snacking after the donations.

  The staff and volunteers at the Ringwood Blood bank are wonderful.
  
  Carolyn, Claire and Kerry at the front desk are welcoming and lovely.
  Vicky, Kelly, Sam and Mark on the floor are all amazing! Friendly, personable and genuine in their interactions.
  
  I’m there fortnightly and I look forward to my donations. Not just because of the good deed, but because of how good the staff make you feel.

  First time giving blood and it could not have been made any easier by the exceptional staff. Made to feel very comfortable by Macey and Camille and will definitely be back as soon as possible!
