  If there's too much work and staff are under pressure then adjust, don't keep trying to win more work while punishing customers with bad service.

  Sheen Ringwood repaired my BMW 5 Series after a small front end collision. Excellent service and communication with up to date information and vehicle ready when promised. Excellent job and I recommend Sheen Ringwood

  Amazing service at Sheen Ringwood. I brought in my Hyundai Kona for repairs after a collision, absolutely smooth process with Brendon dealing with the insurance assessor and getting everything fixed. I've also been provided a loan car which is a great help. Will definitely recommend Sheen Ringwood.

  Simon and Brendon at Sheen Ringwood were amazing in bringing my car back to new after it had met with a kangaroo. Kept me up to date with how repairs were going and the car looks fantastic.

  I have used Sheen before another time someone smashed into my car and I will not use any other smash repairer than Sheen! Their friendly and professional customer service is brilliant and both times I’ve used them they have given me back my car looking amazing! Every time I look at my car I feel like I’m driving a brand new car! They only use genuine parts and I believe their standards are far above other crash repairers. I’ve used others before and the issues I had with other places I never had with Sheen. Also no mucking around with hire cars, they give you one of their own to use while you wait and their cars are kept in fantastic condition. Go no further than Sheen in Ringwood and you won’t be disappointed!

  It’s no exaggeration to say that I received some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced at Sheen Ringwood recently. After someone backed into my new Outback I took it here on a recommendation. Brendon was friendly, professional and good for a laugh straight away. He made the whole process of dealing with the other party so much easier and kept me constantly updated on the situation. I was also given a loan car which was obviously very helpful. I then picked up my car a few days later to find that his workmanship is fantastic too - you would never know that it had ever been crunched by another car and it looks brand new. Topped off with receiving a box of chocolates to thank me for my business. Just an overall fantastic experience, I highly recommend them.

  Sheen Ringwood provided absolutely fantastic service - could not recommend highly enough. They were prompt, communicative and even picked up and dropped off our car, when providing a loan car. Simon was friendly and always helpful. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Thank you Sheen :)

  Sheen in Oban Road Ringwood were brilliant. The car has been restored to its former pristine beauty and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Brendan was so good the way he helped me to sort out the insurance claim - caring and patient. Thank you.
