    We have just purchased our new Navara Pro4X . Morgan was the reason why we purchased it from Nissan Ringwood , we tried our local Nissan dealer but they didn’t appear to be that interested in getting our business. Morgan was very helpful from the beginning and this was over a couple of visits. She patiently answered all our questions and the communication while we were waiting for the car to arrive was fantastic. The service throughout the whole process was 5 Star .

    I have owned my Nissan Pathfinder for 6 years and always used Ringwood Nissan.

    They service and the communication has always be exceptional. I’d recommend them to anyone.

    Absolutely horrible experience. I dropped my new car off for a service and Dave who works at the front counter was the definition of terrible customer service. Just tried to highlight a few things I wanted checked on my new car and I didn’t appreciate getting yelled at and spoken to in such an aggressive tone. However, Nicole the finance manager and Tamika the service manager are wonderful and very helpful with all requests and needs. They treat you in a way that makes you feel like you’re looked after.
