  One of the Anglo Saxon female receptionist is SO rude and condescending that I had to put in a complaint to head office and won't return. Upon talking to other shop holders in Eastland, they had nothing nice to say about her either. Shame really because it's convenient, has nice doctors and mostly nice receptionists.

  This place is a joke.
  Could not get to see a Dr because I was sick (why else would I want to see a Dr?) so did a phone consult at 4pm that went for 4 minutes - was told needed to do a test and they would email me the paperwork with a certificate for work. I asked do I need to do anything else and he said no the girls at reception would email it, great I thought maybe a phone consult is better than going in. No email came but I did get a link to do a positive google review. The next morning 2/3/23 checked and still no email so I went to level 1 at Eastland and asked what’s going on as nothing had come through. After a few minutes of pointing at the screen and whispering to each other they said I needed to pay the fee for the consult. No-one called me for any payment as I would have paid it straight away. They claimed they tried to call, what does that even mean tried to call? Could you not manage to put the number in the phone and press call? Paid $30 for the 4 minute call and got paperwork. No apology and zero customer service.
  Think it’s time to change medical centre and if I could give zero stars for a review I would because that’s all you deserve.

  I would give zero point if I could. They are so mean to their patients no respect at all. I lost my wallet and i want to make sure by running to check in the car. I asked them to wait for 3 mins because my car was parked just a mins walk. And they told me to choose between lost the queue or go to check my wallet. My eyes full of tear because I told them I am sick and wait for the queue for many days. Can I just run to my car for 3 mins and they said no way. And.the way they talk was very rude. Very bad service and people feel bad when they get sick, this place make you feel worst and make your mental health getting worst too. Dont come here. Worst GP ever

  After going to this practice for over 5 years, I can not go back.
  I have had multiple 9am appoints where the doctor hasn’t even arrived until almost 9:30.
  If I take time off work to go there, it means I have an issue that I need resolved, and usually the best they do is tell me they’ll give me a medical certificate without even trying to treat my issue.
  They only have four types of treatments:
  - prescription
  - “just take some panadol”
  - wait a couple of days and see if it goes away
  - we don’t know, go to the emergency room.
  The last time, today, I had made an appointment to get a treatment based on a doctor’s recommendation, and today they told me they couldn’t do it on site, despite that’s what the appointment was booked for, and I took the day off work specifically for this treatment. This was after waiting 20 minutes to be seen and 6 months of them bouncing me around. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they honestly are all unable to issue any medical advice.
  I honestly feel that MyHealth is the $2 shop of GP’s, and I feel they are all too scared to issue any real medical advice out of fear of being sued for malpractice.
  The practice used to be amazing when I first started going. All of the good doctors have left years ago and I too will be looking for a different place to go, and will not be back for anything other than a medical certificate, because that seems to be all they’re good for.

  Dr. Gwendolyn was exceptional in her approach and expertise, providing a level of care and services beyond our expectations. She took the time to listen to our concerns, answer our questions and provided us with personalized advice that was tailored to our toddler's specific needs. Her warm and friendly demeanor made our toddler feel comfortable and at ease, which is always a top priority for any parent.

  Family now use this clinic over any other bulk billing doctors. They are professional and reasonably thorough with their assessments. 1 also provided holistic advice which is different to other docs who just prescribe meds without asking about lifestyle choices, etc. I found this somewhat reassuring but not sure if it was just that once or if it is a geneuinely incorporated practice thing they do. We use both private and bulkbilling services depending on what our issues are and how easy we can get in, etc. This center is easy to book with, walk-in is available (with minimal wait time, in comparison to others), and same day apts also available. Other staff there are friendly and willing to help if need be. Even though it is in eastland, it is tucked away at the top of the mall so gives it a little more privacy as opposed to some other clinics which are located in shopping malls. They are also open during the weekend.
