- robert woolrich Added December 24, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★Today, I was served by Lofty ( Ian Loft ) at the ringwood store, Nice to meet you Lofty and thanks for showing me the latest range of Reels, Rods, and Lures, that I enquired about, and also for explaining all the new aspects offered by each brand which I also enquired about.
Lofty really knows about Catching Kings at the RIP and other locations, including methods on how to fish for them while jigging and other methods and options as well. Thanks you heaps for all the time you gave me without giving me any hard sell, a rare thing these days, also although I did not have time to check and compare pricing on items, The range of latest Rods, Reels, Kingfish and GT lures is fantastic, But the fantastic part of my visit to this shop today was Lofty's one on one helpful and personal friendly service with tons of knowledge on any topic. I will definitely shop he more often. Thats why I am giving 5 stars today.
