  An old Red Rooster but a good place with new interior with nice clean tables and chairs or bench option. Food prepared fresh and timely. Nice surroundings with gardens and lawn.

  My quarter chicken had no skin, and was about 3 bites worth of meat. Rest of it was bone and cartilage. Every chip was soggy. Couldn’t tell the difference between throwing my money in the bin, or buying food from this store.

  Red Rooster is an iconic fastfood brand in Australia. This branch gives me a secluded vibe but it is actually a good place to hang out with friends on the the weekenda, even holding a party at with family and close-knits. The parking area is at the rear of the building. It was quiet when I was there and the lady staff was very welcoming. I tried registering myself on the apps and I got the freebies. I reckon the exterior requires extra landscaping touch. It is situated in a good spot, making its front more appealing can entice a lot of customers. The food are amazing. I like the spicy fried chicken. To make your diet healthier, they also have veggies to offer. The interior is very classy. I love it!

  Great customer service, was welcomed with a smile, well spoken and presented well. The level of service from this team is very uncommon these days. Keep up the great work. Good to see great customer service is still alive

  I ordered a wrap and 8 buttermilk wings 2 weeks ago via Red Rooster online delivery. The order arrived completely sealed, 3 x stickers tightly sealing the paper bag. So when I checked the food, there was a hair inside the wrap, when writing this review I checked the picture again to zoom in and highlight the hair, it was short and curly so go figure where that hair came from. Also I ordered 10 buttermilk wings, there was only 8 inside.
  
  I sent a complaint through Red Rooster website, I got an email reply from them blaming the delivery service and claiming that because I ordered through a delivery service, there is no refund or replacement, and that I have to take it up with Doordash.
  
  Problem is I didn't order through Doordash, I ordered through Red Rooster and my Paypal receipt shows the seller as Craveable Brands Pty Ltd. I did not receive any further communication after replying to their email so they probably shrugged it off and hoped that I would let it go, at this point it's not about money, I don't want a replacement wrap filled with god knows what, it's about accountability, a sincere apology and promise to improve would been enough, not trying to make it my fault for ordering Red Rooster.
