I have been in on two different occasions and both staff members I dealt with where to the point and spare parts were reasonably priced!!

- Stuart & Maryse Tamblyn Added January 18, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ducting for the heating system no good the used sticky tape and gaffer tape to hold on the ducks which keep popping off and losing all that heat into a roof cavity costing us hundreds of dollars in wasted heating repairs 3 times same sticky tape binding system used no screws no clamps just keep popping off wasting your money. See pic... we have been told that this system is Australian standards I can tell you that Australian standards are absolute rubbish compared to Europe and the USA

He dropped the price to lower than another quote we got from a competitor. Installation went well and we are very happy with all aspects of our purchase. Highly recommend this company.
